One year ago, H.R Owen Rolls-Royce Motor Cars London opened the doors to its stunning new home in the heart of Mayfair. The latest chapter in one of the world’s oldest Rolls-Royce retailers took shape on the corner of Berkeley Street and Stratton Street, with a global flagship showroom providing the perfect showcase for the modern icons of the Rolls-Royce range: Wraith, Dawn, Phantom, Ghost and Cullinan.
Since our opening in early 2020, we’ve been delighted to welcome so many customers, old and new, host a number of innovative new events and share the spirit of Rolls-Royce with more of London than ever before. For anyone that hasn’t yet visited us, this showroom is your home just as much as it is ours – you’re welcome to come and see us at any time.
The showroom itself is something to behold, allowing for five vehicles to be individually presented, shining a light on the unique personalities of each model in the Rolls-Royce range.
The space itself is inspired by the world-class bespoke materials of a Rolls-Royce; a delicate rose gold floor-mounted emblem greets you as you step through the dramatic doors, and the commissioning room is finished in eye-catching Canadel wood panelling, first introduced on the Wraith. There’s even space for a glass of champagne in the secluded speakeasy bar to celebrate your time with H.R Owen Rolls-Royce London.
Despite officially opening early in the year, it wasn’t until September 2021 that we could finally give our new home the housewarming it deserved. Over 300 VIPs and customers stepped out of their Rolls-Royces onto our purple carpet to celebrate with us. The evening was supported by the sounds of saxophones and the renowned Drum and Bass duo Sigma, whilst attendees sampled canapes from the world-class chefs at the Amazonico restaurant.
We have a whole calendar of events planned at the showroom throughout 2021, including our regular Thornton Club evenings. We hope you can join us soon to toast another year in Mayfair, and our first in our wonderful new home.
