The accolade was handed over at the Aston Martin dealer conference, hosted at Silverstone Circuit in late February. Aston Martin Cheltenham General Manager, Howard Ganderton, received the award on behalf of the entire team. Under his leadership, and that of Service Manager, Neil Hirschfield, the Aston Martin Cheltenham Aftersales team has elevated the customer experience to new heights, boosting the showroom’s Customer Satisfaction Index and the Aftersales department’s profitability.
