Bentley Hatfield has been awarded Bentley Retailer of the Year 2021! Being named Bentley Retailer of the Year means surpassing a number of tightly controlled criteria across eleven separate business areas. Retailers are judged on their performances in Sales, Aftersales, Customer Satisfaction, Overall Excellence and more. Only those that deliver a standard above an already extremely high benchmark will be considered for the overall Retailer of the Year crown.

From later this year, Bentley Hatfield will move from a temporary site into a new H.R. Owen statement site in the same location, which will not only eventually include five new showrooms, but also three new state-of-the-art aftersales facilities. In total, the site measures 110,000 sq/ft, housing not only the sales and aftersales staff of the showrooms, but also a number of H.R. Owen head office staff.
Bentley Hatfield joins H.R. Owen-operated Bentley sites in Surrey, Berkshire and the world’s oldest Bentley showroom, Jack Barclay, in Mayfair. Bentley Surrey moved into an all-new showroom and aftersales site in April 2021, and Jack Barclay was treated to a recent multi-million-pound renovation, as H.R. Owen continues to invest in the UK and in its customer experience.
