Turning The Page to A Better Future
Jack Barclay Bentley is proud to announce its support of OnePlate, an Australian-born charity partnering with the food industry and food lovers to fund sustainable food projects in developing countries. Earlier this month, Jack Barclay Bentley invited customers and friends to a special event at its showroom in Berkeley Square to promote the launch of OnePlate’s new cookbook, ‘Brunch in London.’
The beautifully crafted cookbook provides a culinary journey through the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic cities, that Jack Barclay Bentley is proud to call ‘home.’ The publication features more than 100 recipes from the capital’s most beloved brunch spots and includes outstanding contributions from celebrated chefs such as Yotam Ottolenghi, Jamie Oliver, and Angela Hartnett, among others. Yet, this cookbook is more than a compilation of culinary delights—it embodies a commitment to nurturing sustainable food security for children across the Philippines, Cambodia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda.
During their visit to the Jack Barclay Showroom, guests enjoyed champagne and canapes and kindly raised £3,645 for OnePlate. ‘Brunch in London,’ which offers readers the chance to recreate the flavours of London’s most indulgent meal at home, is available to purchase from Jack Barclay at a cost of £35, and on the OnePlate website, with all proceeds going to OnePlate.
